Sunny Rehsi

Sunny Rehsi focuses his practice on product liability, automotive warranty, transportation network company (TNC), and commercial litigation. He provides strategic defense counsel in product liability matters involving industrial machinery, consumer and recreational products, motor vehicles, and building materials. His experience also includes defending mass and class actions. Sunny has served as first- and second-chair trial counsel in multiple matters resulting in favorable verdicts. He also has first- and second-chair experience in mediations and arbitrations and has successfully argued multiple motions for summary judgment.

Before joining Wilson Elser, Sunny worked at a boutique product liability firm, where he represented Fortune 500 clients in product liability lawsuits across the United States and Canada, independently preparing corporate representatives, engineers, and other fact witnesses for deposition and testimony, including Rule 30(b)(6) corporate designees. He also served as national discovery counsel for a major automotive manufacturer.

During law school, Sunny interned with the Honorable Victoria A. Roberts of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
