Suzie Kersh defends individuals and corporations in complex high-exposure lawsuits and catastrophic injury cases in the areas of transportation, premises liability, product liability, and other complex tort and general casualty matters. She has extensive experience representing Fortune 500 corporations across the state of Florida in matters involving general liability, premises liability, truck accidents, auto accidents and product liability.

Areas of Focus

Premises Liability
Suzie has successfully litigated and disposed of injury cases on summary judgment brought against Fortune 500 corporate clients, restaurants, hotels, resorts, timeshares, amusement parks, recreational facilities, fairgrounds and other retail establishments.

Product Liability
Suzie defends manufacturers, distributors and retailers in complex product liability litigation against allegations of defective product design, defective manufacturing, inadequate warnings and strict liability. Beyond that, she has defended automobile manufacturers in breach of warranty matters as well as before the Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board.

Automobile, Trucking & Transportation
Suzie defends trucking companies and automobile claims in lawsuits ranging from catastrophic personal injury losses to wrongful death claims.
