Teylor Mark represents clients in numerous claims in the realm of insurance defense, including auto liability claims, property damage claims and premises liability claims involving allegations of negligent criminal activity, slip and falls, defective parking lot conditions and other such matters. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Teylor defended insurance matters, including general liability, premises liability and workers’ compensation appeal matters. Additionally Teylor defended against workers’ compensation claims at the administrative level, directly with the Texas Department of Insurance. She further prosecuted subrogation claims for insurance companies and their third-party administrators, and various self-insured governmental entities. 

In addition to insurance litigation matters, Teylor has experience in debt collection suits on sworn account, breach of contract, Texas Bond claims and the foreclosure of materialman’s liens.
