Theodore Hughes represents individuals and businesses in all aspects of civil litigation. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Ted worked at a regional firm, handling insurance defense, workers’ compensation matters, and various civil litigation. His diverse experience also includes working at a St. Louis-based civil defense firm, where he defended clients against claims involving premises liability, medical malpractice, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, and property damage.
