Thomas Rhatigan represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation relating to general liability, sexual molestation and abuse claims, mass tort matters, automobile liability and premises liability. In more than 20 years in practice, Tom has successfully handled personal injury cases brought against business and property owners.
Tom previously represented businesses in mass tort cases, including asbestos and diethylstilbestrol (DES) litigation, and defended commercial property owners in labor law cases, as well as businesses and individuals in automobile litigation. He also has experience defending doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice cases.
