Tiffany Miles represents individuals and various corporations, from small businesses to national commercial entities and insurance companies, in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice focuses on the defense of general liability matters, including but not limited to premises liability, automobile negligence, toxic tort, transportation/trucking litigation, and construction defect claims. Tiffany adeptly handles matters from inception through trial, rejecting a one-size-fits-all approach to litigation and thoroughly evaluating the facts and liability issues specific to each case in developing effective defense strategies. She employs deliberate and targeted motion practice and adaptive, evolving litigation methods to efficiently and cost-effectively resolve cases or limit case issues for trial purposes. Tiffany has successfully resolved cases through motions for summary judgment, fraud upon the court and Daubert challenges, and motions in limine, among other approaches.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Tiffany worked at a large Orlando civil litigation firm, where she gained valuable experience handling insurance defense matters involving general liability, premises liability, automobile negligence, insurance coverage issues, and pre-suit litigation matters for national insurance carriers, self-insured businesses, commercial clients, and corporate entities.
