Tim Rosewell

Tim Rosewell focuses his practice on civil litigation defense with an emphasis on defending against personal injury, product liability, and wrongful death claims. He represents clients throughout all stages of litigation – from pre-suit investigation through trial – and has successfully handled numerous arbitrations. Tim is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients through diligent preparation and strategic advocacy.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Tim developed a broad foundation in civil litigation, practicing at both defense and plaintiffs’ law firms. Tim’s experience on both sides of the aisle provides him with a well-rounded perspective that enhances his ability to evaluate cases and anticipate opposing arguments when crafting effective defense strategies.

Before attending law school, Tim worked as a commercial general liability claims adjuster for a national insurance carrier, gaining valuable insight into insurance coverage issues and claims handling practices. This background informs his approach to litigation and lends depth to his representation of insured clients and insurers alike.
