Timothy S. Carey represents clients in defense of claims related to general liability, automobile liability, premises liability and personal injury. Tim handles general casualty matters for insurers and self-insured entities on premises liability claims, security matters, hospitality cases and recreational defense claims. 

Prior to joining the firm, Tim gained experience in civil litigation with a focus on real property, community association law and creditors' rights. He served as judicial intern to the Honorable Brian Green, Carroll County, Maryland, District Court, and the Honorable Nancy V. Alquist, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Baltimore Area.
