Otis Felder (Partner-Seattle) has been appointed by the Oregon State Bar Board of Governors to the Oregon State Bar House of Delegates for a term beginning immediately to run through April 2025.

The OSB House of Delegates directs the Board of Governors as to future actions, such has disciplinary rule changes, bar positions on major legislative and policy issues, member resolutions on a variety of topics and fee increases. Otis, who has been admitted to the Bar in Oregon since 2004, has defended various marine and environmental cases in state and federal courts in Oregon as well as in Alaska, Washington, California and Hawai'i.
