Stratton Horres (Partner-Dallas) and Lee Cameron (Partner-Dallas) represented a security company in a trucking accident case, pending in a notoriously plaintiff-friendly venue, in which the plaintiff suffered serious and permanent injuries. Our investigation led to the conclusion that another unrelated party was solely at fault. After some dialog with plaintiff’s counsel, Stratton and Lee convinced plaintiff’s counsel that we were correct, and counsel accordingly dismissed the security company from the case.
