Growth fuels need for larger office space.

PHOENIX (June 19, 2019) National law firm Wilson Elser announced that it has signed a three-year sublease for more than 4,000 square feet of office space at 2720 East Camelback Road in the Camelback Lake Corporate Center. On June 1, 2019, it relocated from Regus Workplace Solutions space at 2375 East Camelback Road, where the Phoenix office first opened its doors in August 2017.

“Opening our Phoenix office was driven by demand from national and international clients,” explained Brian Del Gatto, regional managing partner of the office, “and in less than two years, we have grown from one attorney to seven. Phoenix is one of the top 10 population centers in the country, and growth is expected to continue. Our new office better positions us to react to the growth in the region and to our continued expansion.”

Wilson Elser’s Phoenix office handles all types of civil litigation cases and the current dominant practices are Employment & Labor; Transportation, Cargo & Logistics; Commercial Litigation; and Insurance Coverage.

Chris Tarzon, Mike Miller and Tom Johnston of Savills represented Wilson Elser in the transaction. The sub-landlord, Bay Equity, was represented by Colton Trauter of Lee & Associates.

The 30,000-square-foot building is proximate to hotels, shopping centers, golf courses, major highways and the airport, and easily accessible to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe.
