Tyler Gerk

Tyler Gerk handles commercial litigation matters and has a broad range of experience defending general liability claims, construction defect actions, product liability, and ski- and snowboard-related accidents across Colorado. 

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Tyler worked at a general defense firm in Colorado, where he gained substantial experience in both pre-litigation and litigation matters. He also worked with the Colorado Attorney General’s office and various county governments to implement Colorado’s recreational cannabis laws.
