Valerie Kellner

Valerie Kellner (Of Counsel-Philadelphia) was elected to the Board of Directors of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) at its Annual Meeting held July 25-30, 2022, in Seattle, WA. The FDCC is an invitation-only organization of lawyers who focus their practice on defending civil claims and representing insurers and corporations. Valerie, an experienced litigator in the areas of product liability, premise liability and construction litigation, also presented at the meeting on the panel, "From the Courtroom to the Boardroom – How to Attract and Develop Talent and Why It Matters." Highlights included discussion of why diverse talent matters more than ever and strategies on how to implement policies to attract and foster diverse talent within corporations, legal departments and law firms.
