Victoria also is involved in the expert and medical defenses associated with these complex cases. In addition, she has managed and assisted in the resolution of various asbestos claims, and handled a vigorous caseload from inception to jury trial in general liability matters. Victoria serves as local counsel for numerous companies, including Fortune 500 and privately held corporations. She is an active member of the firm’s Hispanic Employee Resource Group.
