Chris Maloney represents established businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on the defense of claims related to general liability, automobile liability and personal injury. When claims arise, Chris executes a carefully conceived strategy designed to determine likely exposure, identify resolution options and ultimately conclude in outcomes that adhere to prescribed guidelines. He is well aware that clients prefer quick and cost-effective solutions to complex and potentially protracted liability cases, and does his best to accelerate turnaround through procedural dismissals, substantive dismissals, successful tenders and negotiated settlements.
