Xu Chen

Xu (Luke) Chen represents businesses and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation. His practice focuses on defending claims related to data security breaches and other cyber-based exposures. Luke employs his engineering background and knowledge of United States and European Union data privacy regulations to strategically advise clients on cybersecurity and data privacy issues.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Luke was a Suffolk Superior Court Researcher in Boston. Before transitioning to a career in law, Luke worked as a network/cloud engineer at a global telecom corporation, where he managed and maintained network and data communications, ensuring uninterrupted availability across the globe. During law school, Luke honed his advocacy skills as a student legal advisor, assisting clients in various areas of the law in the United States and the United Kingdom.
