Adam Heckler provides claims management, insurance coverage analysis and risk management services to insurers engaged in underwriting or reinsuring programs for various professional lines. He serves as claims and coverage counsel and provides opinions in coverage matters arising from business disputes and corporate insurance defense, with a concentration on lawyers, directors and officers, and other professionals’ errors and omissions, as well as employment practices and cyber liability programs.

Adam's capabilities range across various professional liability lines of coverage, with an emphasis on lawyers professional liability (LPL), directors and officers (D&O) liability, errors and omissions (E&O), miscellaneous professional liability (MPL) and employment practices liability (EPL). Adam handles a variety of insurance coverage and reinsurance matters, and often is engaged to evaluate, negotiate and resolve coverage issues on behalf of insurers. 

Directors & Officers
Adam represents D&O insurers as coverage and monitoring counsel in all types of matters, from high-profile regulatory investigations to complex commercial litigation. He is experienced in many area surrounding D&O claims, including shareholder derivative actions, class action securities litigation and D&O policy coverage disputes. 

Employment Liability
Adam's practice includes coverage assessments and representations in advocating for favorable resolutions of EEOC charges and civil actions. These actions involve a wide range of claims for violations of state and federal employment laws, including discrimination allegations, wrongful termination, sexual harassment and retaliation claims.
