Denise M. Motta (Of Counsel-Louisville) has been appointed as an officer of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the Kentucky Bar Association for the 2026-2028 term. In her role, Denise will assist attorneys in discharging their professional responsibilities to clients in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) matters, recommend new procedures and statutes to improve ADR practice in Kentucky, and promote the exchange of ideas within the Association regarding ADR considerations. No stranger to ADR leadership, Denise also serves as chair of the DRI | Association of Lawyers Defending Business Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, elected to a two-year term in October 2025.
