Wilson Elser ranked 14th of 77 firms with more than 600 attorneys in Law360 Pulse 2023 law firm survey, which shows while women are a growing presence at law firms, a glass ceiling remains in place. Women now make up a majority at the associate level, but just one-quarter of equity partners.

This year's Women in Law ranking uses the Law360 Pulse pipeline score methodology, which indicates whether firms are keeping pace with the talent pipeline in hiring, promoting and retaining female attorneys.
