Taylor H. Allin Associate




Taylor Allin focuses primarily on complex litigation involving catastrophic injury, transportation, construction defect, employment and general liability matters in many jurisdictions, primarily in Arizona and Utah. In addition, he defends medical practitioners and facilities and is familiar with the substance and nuance of matters involving allied health care providers. Taylor has successfully handled numerous arbitrations/mediations and all phases of litigation. He is a leader of the Wilson Elser associate team in Phoenix, the office mentor and the lead for the 24/7 emergency response team in Arizona.

In law school Taylor assisted impoverished families through issues with foreclosure and bankruptcy, where his work was recognized with the Law Student Volunteer of the Month for Southern Arizona Legal Aid. Taylor also had externships with the Office of General Counsel for a major defense contractor and with Judge Richard Gordon at the Pima County Superior Court. Before joining the legal profession, Taylor was a long-time tennis instructor and he continues to be an avid tennis player and active volunteer in the tennis community.
