William McDevitt (Partner-Philadelphia) looks at how legalization of marijuana is progressing in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey markets in his recent article, “PA and NJ Adult Use—How’s That Legalization Thing Coming Along?” in the April 22, 2019, edition of The Legal Intelligencer. Both states have governors who have expressed an interest in legalizing cannabis for recreational or “adult use.” Polls indicate public support for adult-use cannabis in both states.
