Dean A. Rocco

Dean Rocco (Partner-Los Angeles) will appear on a panel for “An HR Guide to Understanding & Preventing Sexual Harassment under California's New Rules,” an educational session at the members-only 2019 Sacramento Area HR Association Annual Conference. Dean will discuss California's new laws around presenting and responding to sexual harassment in the workplace, including recognizing some of the tools available to employers to address these issues. The panel also will view California's regulations as part of a larger patchwork of similar regulations addressing workplace harassment across the United States.
