Erin Marie Siciliano

Erin Siciliano has a varied civil defense practice focused on the efficient and cost-effective resolution of general, auto, asbestos, product, premise, professional and Dram shop liability claims brought in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state and federal courts. Erin handles such matters from inception through resolution by settlement, dismissal, arbitration, mediation or trial. She has second-chair trial experience on insurance coverage matters as well.

In addition, Erin handles employment and discrimination matters, including employment agreements, in a variety of venues. She also has experience in professional liability matters alleging malpractice, negligence, and errors and omissions against engineers and insurance brokers and agents as well as home inspectors and pest control companies. A significant portion of Erin’s practice involves representing school bus companies and para-transit providers in personal injury, wrongful death and property damage claims arising from collisions with other vehicles as well as lawsuits alleging negligent supervision or improper securing of passengers.
