Insurance Journal Interviews Stewart in Podcast on New California Law AB 45 on Cannabis Products

Ian Stewart (Partner-Los Angeles, CA) was interviewed in a November 4, 2021, Insurance Journal podcast titled “EP. 36: California Law Opens up Foods and Cosmetics for CBD, but it Could Create Heavy Regs.” AB 45 was signed into law by California Governor Gavin Newsom in October 2021, allowing for the inclusion of hemp and cannabinoids in food and beverages and other products so long as they contain less than 0.3% THC.
