Dean Rocco (Partner-Los Angeles, CA) will share his insights about COVID-19 liability considerations for United Church of Christ (UCC) ministries at its General Synod to be held virtually July 7‒10, 2021. The program, sponsored by the Insurance Board, will cover pandemic planning for faith institutions returning to work and worship and a review of considerations around employees returning to work and welcoming the public back into facilities. The Insurance Board recognizes the important role churches play in their communities and that many are eager to resume their activities and outreach. This workshop will provide guidance on current COVID-19 human resources and liability considerations for all UCC ministries
