Jessica Woodhouse is a civil litigator who focuses her practice on general liability, premises liability, and construction matters. Jessica has extensive litigation and negotiation experience and has handled all facets of litigation, from inception through jury selection and trial. Jessica was one of 20 nominated finalists who successfully completed Wilson Elser’s rigorous Mock Trial Invitational through which our most successful trial lawyers impart their knowledge to those destined to join their ranks.

Jessica was a plaintiffs' attorney before joining Wilson Elser, handling matters such as toxic tort, asbestos litigation, product liability, workers’ compensation, and mass torts, which lend a varied and diverse aspect to her analysis of the claims she defends in her current practice. Jessica gained a global perspective as a teacher of English as a second language in Madrid, Spain, as an intern for a Non-governmental Organization at the United Nations, and as a board advisor to Shared Humanity USA Inc., which is dedicated to serving people who have been forcibly displaced by war, persecution, and economic hardship.
