Jorge’s perspective enables him to concentrate on positioning his cases in the most effective posture for resolution or to obtain excellent trial and appellate results.

Known for his negotiation skills, Jorge builds a strong case beginning with discovery, and he uses his experience to facilitate movement toward a positive outcome. These skills have led insurance companies in complex casualty and workers’ compensation cases to hire Jorge to monitor their claims so that appropriate reserves are set and early resolution obtained, whenever possible.
