Kathleen Wilkinson (Partner-Philadelphia, PA) was quoted in the February 26, 2021, edition of The Legal Intelligencer in an article titled “Advocacy ‘Reimagined’: How Philadelphia Courts Plan to Reopen for Jury Trials.” The article notes that courts have been almost entirely shut down since March 16, without a civil trial and little movement for the growing inventory of cases. Noting all the depositions and bar association activities she has attended via videoconferencing just in the past week, Kathleen said, “It will be nice to wear my suits to go to court and to bar association activities, and see everyone in person.” Kathleen is well known throughout Pennsylvania’s legal community for her consummate legal skills and uncompromising dedication to her profession.
