The Legal Intelligencer Quotes Wilkinson on Philadelphia Courts’ Plan to Reopen for Jury Trials

Kathleen Wilkinson (Partner-Philadelphia, PA) was quoted in the February 26, 2021, edition of The Legal Intelligencer in an article titled “Advocacy ‘Reimagined’: How Philadelphia Courts Plan to Reopen for Jury Trials.” The article notes that courts have been almost entirely shut down since March 16, without a civil trial and little movement for the growing inventory of cases.
