Megan R. Calme-Cappellini

Megan Calme has extensive experience handling general liability, transportation, negligent security, aviation, and construction defect claims, including those involving claims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death, in state and federal court. Megan’s representation has included insured and self-insured commercial businesses, construction companies, and large and small transportation businesses. In addition, Megan has represented professionals and businesses in employment litigation claims, including Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) matters.

Megan is known for her ability to identify key legal issues and conduct swift and thorough investigations resulting in a successful defense and favorable outcome for her clients.

Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Megan represented clients in complex commercial litigation, government fraud–related matters, professional liability actions, criminal representations including those involving federal white-collar matters, commercial disputes, and employment litigation. She also developed extensive experience in corporate health care compliance, including providing supervisory oversight of a comprehensive compliance program.
