Wilson Elser will participate in the Mansfield Rule 8.0 certification process. Administered by Diversity Lab, Mansfield is a structured certification process designed to ensure all talent at participating law firms and legal departments has a fair and equal opportunity to advance into leadership. Nearly all of the firms seeking Mansfield Certification in 2023–2024 have renewed their commitment, and 19 new firms have joined for the 2024–2025 round, bringing the total number of participating firms to more than 365 law firms.

This will be Wilson Elser’s fourth year joining in the annual Mansfield Certification process.  Having twice earned the Certification Plus designation, and pending a third certification, Wilson Elser continues to make measurable progress toward increasing inclusivity in leadership.
