Regarding Employment Materials:
What happens after I submit a resume and materials?
Wilson Elser’s Human Resources team will review your submission, and if your skills and experience match an open position, they will contact you. If you do not hear from us, there are no positions at present that are a match. We encourage you to search the site often as new positions become available throughout our 41 offices nationwide.
Regarding the Workplace:
Will I be able to work on pro bono matters?
Pro bono initiatives are strongly supported by the firm through its Pro Bono Committee. While eligible attorneys and legal assistants are encouraged to assist organizations included on a preferred list, they may submit other pro bono opportunities to the committee for consideration.
How is performance evaluated?
Wilson Elser attorneys participate in an annual Performance Review & Compensation Program, which includes a self-evaluation and direct supervisor and indirect supervisor evaluation components. Our attorneys frequently receive performance feedback from their direct supervisors throughout the year.

What benefits are offered to full-time employees?

We offer reimbursement of dues for any one bar – state or national – of an attorney’s choosing.

The firm offers complimentary emergency backup childcare services at Bright Horizons Family Solutions locations throughout the country.
Do you offer wellness programs?
In conjunction with our medical benefits provider, we offer various wellness programs and initiatives, including but not limited to weight management programs, discounted gym memberships, health assessments and biometric screenings.
Does the firm have a paid time off policy?
The firm offers unlimited paid time off.
