Dean Rocco (Partner-Los Angeles) and Yoora Pak (Partner-Virginia) co-authored the chapter on the United States for Legalign Global’s May 2020 white paper “International Response to COVID-19 in the Workplace.” The publication provides a summary of the national responses of the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand and Australia, along with some of the issues they raise for employers.
