Secured a consent judgment providing more than $10 million in loan forgiveness, $1 million restitution award for refunds to affected consumers, $25,000 costs, and a two-year ban on the defendants’ consumer lending in Indiana.
Nonprofit – Misapplication of Corporate Assets
Lead counsel in state’s civil action securing a judgment imposing a receivership over a nonprofit corporation, recovering assets valued at more than $7 million.
