Insurance Coverage
Kimberly's insurance coverage practice is dedicated to representing insurers in coverage matters stemming from professional and general liability policies for primary, excess, umbrella and surplus lines carriers. She offers strategic counsel encompassing policy interpretation, claims handling, coverage determinations, alternative dispute resolution, risk management and litigation. Kimberly also represents insurers on insurance coverage matters at the appellate level in federal and state jurisdictions.

Employment
Kimberly is a dedicated advocate for employers in employment law, covering a wide range of areas including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, breach of contract, and wage-and-hour matters, in individual cases and class action litigation.

In addition to her litigation work, Kimberly provides support to employers by assessing and enhancing their employment policies and procedures. This involves creating policies related to employee background checks, paid leave, wage-and-hour regulations, and misclassification matters. She also assists employers in navigating complex personnel challenges and managing disability and medical leave requirements. Kimberly further provides antidiscrimination and anti-harassment training for management.
