Megan B. Pham practices in all aspects of civil litigation defense, with emphasis on matters concerning commercial litigation, professional liability, and labor and employment. Megan is licensed to practice law in California and has passed the New York Bar Exam.
Prior to joining Wilson Elser, Megan worked at several law firms throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on corporate liability, premises liability, product liability and construction defect matters.
While in law school, Megan was nationally recognized in 2022 as champion of the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Competition, and she is a recipient of the Dolores K. Hanna Best Brief award.
