Obtained multiple orders granting summary judgment in premises liability cases where the courts found the plaintiff failed to establish that retail establishments and/or other corporate establishments had actual or constructive notice of the condition or defect that plaintiff alleged caused an injury in state and federal courts. 

Obtained dismissal with prejudice of products liability claim where plaintiff failed to properly state a cause of action against a trucking company after multiple amendments to his complaint. 

Obtained jury defense verdict for an orthopedic surgeon in a two-week medical malpractice trial involving failure to diagnose and treat an enterococcus infection that stemmed from an open fracture, and was an alleged contributing cause of a patient’s death. 

Obtained summary judgment in favor of a hospital in a medical malpractice case in which the plaintiff alleged a hospital’s perinatal nursing staff failed to monitor and identify signs of fetal distress resulting in claimed injuries to the mother and catastrophic brain injury to her newborn. 

Obtained summary judgment in favor of a hospital in a medical malpractice case where plaintiff alleged a hospital’s obstetrical nursing staff and obstetrician failed to intervene in the presence of epidural-induced hypotension, with claimed damages including developmental, cognitive and motor delays of a newborn. 

Successfully argued in opposition to plaintiff’s proffer to include punitive damages against an urgent care doctor for failure to diagnose an abnormality on EKG resulting in patient’s sudden cardiac death. 

Successfully petitioned for medical malpractice case involving claimed birth-related neurological injuries against a hospital and its perinatal nursing staff to be compensated by Florida’s Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Association (NICA), resulting in dismissal of the claim against the hospital and its staff.
